At Oravellix, our services are digital and delivered electronically. We do not currently ship physical products.

All logo design and branding services purchased through Oravellix are delivered digitally.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times may be extended if we are waiting for information, feedback, approval, or other materials required from the customer.

4. Final Files

Once your design has been completed and approved, the final files included in your selected package will be prepared and delivered electronically.

5. Customer Feedback

To help us complete your project within the estimated timeframe, please provide feedback and requested information promptly.

Delays in providing feedback, approvals, or required materials may affect the final delivery date.

6. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your final files within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can review the status of your project.

If a download link expires or a delivered file becomes inaccessible, we will make reasonable efforts to provide access again.

7. No Physical Shipping

Oravellix does not currently offer physical shipping for its logo design and branding services.

Because our products and services are delivered digitally, there are no physical shipping fees, tracking numbers, or delivery addresses required for the completion of a standard digital order.
